The Best Guest

Our friend Del is staying with us this week.   We love having him here, and it's a luxury to have another person that can help care for the dogs during the week.  One night for dinner Del cooked his famous macadamia nut encrusted Halibut, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted green beans, whipped potatoes, and an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink salad.  It was delicious. 

Del, can you stay another week?!
