Supper Time
The weather in Dallas has been beautiful this weekend. Here, the summers are sultry, and Texans are familiar with hot summertimes ("...your daddy's rich; your mama's good looking..."), but we're also always quick to welcome Fall. I saw people putting out pumpkins and planting mums today, which might be a little too soon. We celebrated the cooler weather by cooking outside. My husband fired up his grill tonight after yoga, and we dinned on roasted Yukon golds with olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper, a simple salad, and my husband's grilled BBQ chicken.
