Mounted iPad

Do you know how the dentist's chair has the light and x-ray camera that swivels over your head?  I think someone needs to invent a similar devise that could swivel above my bed at home, but instead of a light the devise could hold my iPad.  I love to lay in bed and read my iPad at night, but it's uncomfortable to hold.  If my iPad was floating above my head it would be great.
