No picture can ever capture the beauty of a Texas sunset, but last night as we were driving back from my parents' house we were treated to a beautiful sunset and we snapped this photo. Sunsets always make me think of my mother, because she always makes a big deal about beautiful sunsets. When I was young she told me once that if we lived in a world without sunsets and we had the chance to pay money to witness a big sky sunset, then she thinks we'd pay big bucks to see it; her point was that we get amazing sunsets for free and we need to always appreciate their beauty.
