Thank You Joel Burns

Please watch this twelve minute video. Fort Worth City Council member Joel Burns did a "it gets better" speech during their council meeting. It's extremely powerful. He's encouraging gay youth or youth that are perceived as gay to not commit suicide, because it gets better.

We live in Dallas, but I work in Fort Worth and I had no idea that Fort Worth had elected an out City Council member. I am the only out person in my office in Fort Worth, and sometimes I feel like the Lone Ranger, but Fort Worth has an out City Council member!
