I've been doing Bikram yoga four days a week for five weeks now. My legs, back, and arms have been sore for five weeks now. This is an amazing total body work-out. I'm still a beginner. I still have a long way to go before my poses are recognizable, but I'm on my own yoga journey. My happiest yoga moment to date came this weekend when I touched my toes while keeping my knees locked.
